Agnes Hofman

Agnes, alias Aga, has been interested in processes since the beginning of her academic career. At first she tried her luck as a chemist, but it soon became clear that chemical changes were not what she was looking for. Already agile at the time, she reoriented herself. At the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main, she graduated in economics with a focus on business informatics. 

During her studies, she worked at Deutsche Vermögensberatung AG, and later freelanced with a focus on IT and processes in the HR department of a DAX company. At this time, Aga discovered agile working methods for herself. She is a trained Scrum Master and also trained in DesignThinking. In addition, Aga has a black belt in visualisation - read that right. Visualisation has always been her hobbyhorse. At pegalion, we know that if you get stuck with a presentation, you go to Aga, because no one is as good as she is.

Aga is passionate about processes - not only in her free time when drawing, but also professionally. At pegalion, she scrutinises our clients' processes, identifies weaknesses and mends them by digitising or streamlining them.
